1-1/2 cup super hero trail mix (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut, mulberries, golden berries, goji berries, & cacao nibs) by @healthycrunch
1 cup super seed butter (flax and chia seeds) by @healthycrunch
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup sesame seeds
Put the sesame seeds in a small bowl and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the almond flour, trail mix and seed butter, stir until well-combined. The mixture may appear crumbly, but it will hold together when you form balls.
Roll the mixture into small 1/2-inch balls or use a regular cookie scoop to do so, then roll the balls into the sesame seeds to coat. Store in the refrigerator or freeze. Or bake at 350F (180C) for 12 – 15 minutes. Enjoy!
