1/2 cup dairy-free butter

1/3 cup (65 grams) coconut sugar or golden sugar

1/2 cup chia jam by Healthy Crunch

3 cups (200 grams) quick-cooking rolled oats (coming soon to our store)

Preheat the oven at 375F (190C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.

Over medium, melt the butter in a large pan. Add the coconut sugar, chia jam, and cook until the sugar is dissolved and fluid. Remove from heat and whisk until there is no visible butter.

Add the oats and mix until well coated. Spread evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden around the edges. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
